Health-related data

As a baby and child tracking app, SNUGL stores health and development data that you voluntarily enter about your child.

  • Feeding data such as breastfeeding sessions, bottle amounts, solids, and schedules
  • Sleep data such as sleep and nap duration, start and end times, and notes
  • Diaper data such as changes, types, and notes
  • Growth data such as weight, height, and head circumference
  • Health notes such as medication, temperature, symptoms, and free notes

Device permissions

Some features optionally request device permissions.

  • Photo library access: Used to upload images for profiles or entries. This permission is optional and can be denied.

  • Billing and payment records may be retained for up to 6 years where legally required.
  • Support and communication records may be retained for up to 2 years after resolution.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account directly in the app by opening Settings, finding the Account section, and confirming account deletion.

You can also send a deletion request to support@snugled.com from the email address linked to your account.

Active personal and health data is removed from our active systems within 60 days after deletion. Encrypted backups may remain for a limited period and are then purged as well.

How we protect your information

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including secure transmission, access restrictions, and protected infrastructure. No method can guarantee absolute security.

Children and minors

SNUGL is intended for parents and guardians. The data stored in the app is entered by adults about their child. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service or legal requirements change. We will notify you before material changes take effect whenever required.
